Yes. We have a 28 day exchange policy whereby you can return any item you have purchased. Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Yes. If you'd like to exchange an item from your order please let us know so we can take the exchange item out of stock ready to send to you once your return is received.

Yes. Our hemming service costs $15 per pair of jeans/pants. You'll be able to add this to your cart when checking out. We can also shorten jeans/pants you already own, you simply need to order hemming and cover the shipping costs both ways.
We accept PayPal and all major credit card providers such as Visa, Amex and Mastercard. A complete list is shown at the bottom of this page
No, we don't refund VAT. We made the choice when determining our pricing policy that rather than price higher and refund VAT for non European Union customers we would have lower pricing - the same for customers worldwide - and not refund the VAT.
On international orders, we have zero control over any customs duties, taxes, fees or delays incurred by your country's customs procedures. If you're worried about this, you should contact your local customs office for an estimate on any fees you may have to pay.

Yes. The cost of returns it at customer's expense, which is just one reason why we're very happy to talk to you about your order and help with any sizing or other queries before we ship.
Let us know in advance what you're sending back (especially if you want us to set aside an exchange) and then ship back to us - how you do this is your choice, although we do offer reasonably priced, fast and secure returns shipping.
Hold My Order is a shipping option in which you can avoid paying shipping costs on orders totalling under USD200. We will hold your items until you place another order which qualifies you for free shipping.
We cannot be responsible for lost goods you send back to use (unless you buy our returns shipping) so we recommend you use a reliable, tracked, shipping service.
Each product contains individual detailed measurements in the Sizing tab on the product page. The measurements are all product specific and are taken from an average of two items per tag size.
Of course! We're very happy to help you find the correct size, we know it can be difficult when buying online and for your sake - and ours - we want to avoid returns due to incorrect sizing. Please contact email@example.com or fill out the form on this page.
We offer a hemming service allowing you to have your jeans/pants shortened to your required length. You can purchase this when checking out. Please note that shortened jeans/pants cannot be returned.
