The Relaxed Taper Cargo Chino is a new fit from Monadic for SS21. The fit is best described as comfortable in the top block with a moderate taper to the leg opening. The regular front rise is meant to sit at the hip and from there the moderate thigh measurements provide space through the knee and then a very slight taper to the leg opening.
The fabric is a 100% Japanese cotton/sateen blend of sulphur dyed cotton. Japanese herringbone is used for the pocket bags and the waistband. The rear features two double flap, single welt pockets with one button on the left side. The main feature is the two oversized cargo pockets at the lower thigh. Both pockets are secured with two Universal snaps sewn into the garment. Custom hardware for both the main button and zipper fly.
This fabric has been stone-washed down to an extremely comfortable and soft feel. The fabric is 11oz of pure comfort from the start and only gets better the more it's worn.
